we had an amazing stay at grand solmar land's end resort & spa. the views from our deluxe one-bedroom suite were breathtaking, and we loved the pool booths where we enjoyed lunch in the water. the staff was incredibly friendly, ensuring we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our 5-night stay.

The walk to the marina, while only 10 minutes, could be a bit daunting in the heat.

Additionally, the beach, while visually beautiful, isn't suitable for swimming, which might disappoint some guests seeking ocean recreation. Finally, the food prices at on-site dining options are noticeably high, potentially impacting dining choices for budget-conscious travelers.

Family with children paradise

I gotta tell you, the service was top-notch! A guy named José Luis was there for us – he made sure our pool day beds were always ready and set up, and he got us those fancy dinner reservations we wanted. It felt like someone was actually lookin' out for us, you know?

It was a bit pricey, but I can say it was worth it.

Our room was a Deluxe One-Bedroom Suite with air conditioning, a full kitchen, and a balcony with a Pacific Ocean view. Loved the pools and the spa had great services like couples massages and body scrubs. The food at the on-site restaurants was delicious, especially the fresh seafood. Really enjoyed the activities and the friendly atmosphere!

Loved the air conditioning in my spacious room. Gym needs more equipment though.
